At the 2nd International Forum on the Decommissioning of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station (“2nd forum”), Japanese and overseas experts widely shared the current progress and technical achievements of decommissioning. It was also a place for local communities to share their thoughts on decommissioning of Fukushima Daiichi (1F) through dialogue with the decommissioning organizations (Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings (TEPCO), Incorporated, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and the Nuclear Damage Compensation and Decommissioning Facilitation Corporation (NDF)) and overseas experts.
